  • Overview

    The Implementation Consultants are responsible for implementing and providing support to highly specialized financial software at multiple client sites, including the setup of different modules within our financial software suites, databases and interfaces with other software products. The ideal candidate must be able to document customer specific functionality for financial software. The incumbent will participate in upgrades and new implementations. They will gather system requirements to ensure a successful solution and implementation. The position will work with other Consultants, developers, project managers and interface directly with clients.

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review systems and present ideas for improvements
    • Work closely with senior developers and customers to produce detailed application design
    • Create project plans and timelines
    • Work with support teams to deploy the solutions
    • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
    • Other responsibilities may include working with Vendors, Business Intelligence systems, Integration platforms, ERP and WMS platforms.
    • Assist sales teams with demonstrations and support.

    Qualifications

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor degree in a business related field (finance or accounting a plus)
    • Knowledge of accounting and ERP systems (Construction industry and MS Dynamics NAV a plus)
    • 1+ years of consulting experience preferred
    • Experience in Accounting or Finance a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
    • Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle conflicting demands.
    • Strong organizational and computer skills.
    • Strong time management and customer relationship skills.
    • Must be self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Must be able to travel 30%-50% 0f the time.
