We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to work with our Outsourced Accounting and Finance practice. This position will provide services to multiple clients in a variety of industries.  If you desire to work on exciting projects with a mix of clients, diversity of work, a flexible schedule, and an excellent team and overall company culture then this job may be right for you!  This is a non-traditional accounting position and does not require additional hours during busy season and offers a tremendous work life balance!

• Assisting and maintaining clients' annual operating plan/budgets
• Analyzing general ledger process, identifying, and resolving discrepancies
• Preparation of complex Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other management reports
• Assist with establishing and maintaining standardized accounting procedures and processes
• Produce all relevant financial statement reports on monthly and annual basis
• Perform general accounting duties as needed, such as accounts payable functions, account reconciliations, and work paper preparation
• Assist with onboarding new clients
• Provide training for new clients and staff in the use of shared software applications

Required:

• A minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline
• A minimum of three years of related experience
• Project management experience with accounting-based projects, and ability to deliver on-time outcomes
• Self-starter approach to work with experience handling and managing multiple priorities
• Unrelenting commitment to client satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• NFP (Not For Profit) experience is a plus

Hours of Operation

• Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
• Our summer hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m
